  • “Laws”: Refers to the applicable laws in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Account Policy
You can register a free account on the “SmarTab” store. You are required to provide specific information as requested, and you agree to:

  • Comply with the Terms, Policies, and operational guidelines of the “SmarTab” store before using it.
  • Register with accurate, up-to-date, and complete information as requested in the registration form. We reserve the right to verify the information you provide and you authorize us to use and store such information in accordance with the store’s Privacy Policy.
  • Ensure the accuracy of your information and update it periodically to correct, amend, or renew it as needed.

Buyers’ Policy
You must register an account with your real name and provide accurate, truthful information. Buyers must:

  • Provide a correct address and phone number for delivery.
  • Use their own valid payment cards.

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Complying with e-commerce laws and paying all applicable fees and taxes.

  • Reviewing product descriptions provided by sellers.

Sellers’ Policy
